Scarlett Johansson Was Tired Of Being Asked About Her Tight Outfit, But It Didn’t Stop Howard Stern From Justifying It

Throughout her career, Scarlett Johansson has been asked some bizarre questions. Asking about her height is not a good idea, and neither is asking the actress about how she fits into тιԍнт clothing.

In the following, we’ll take a closer look at how Howard Stern handled the topic of conversation. Fans praised Stern for not simply agreeing with Johansson. On the flip side, Johansson’s concern is very understandable.

Let’s take a look back at the moment, and how the fans reacted to it all.

However, Scarlett Johansson was flat out tired of being asked about her Ghost in the Shell outfit. It became a bit of a recurring theme for the actress, discussing her wardrobes in films. Johansson especially didn’t appreciate this, given that the men aren’t asked the same type of question.

She voiced her displeasure alongside Howard Stern, “I got so tired of being asked how long it took me to put on my suit, and what do I wear under there. I said, ‘I’m sorry, do you happen to ask a man this question?’”

Howard Stern gave his honest take on why men aren’t asked the same question. He said, “Nobody cares about guys. It’s disgusting. I don’t want to think about Robert Downey Jr. getting into his Iron Man clothes. I think it’s intriguing, especially to men. You’re ɴuᴅᴇ, but you’re not ɴuᴅᴇ.”

Scarlett responds, “Just use your imagination, leave it at that.”

Fans had a lot to say about the interview moment. According to one fan, lots of male actors had to answer the same question, especially those that wore superhero costumes.

“Well, to be fair, interviewers don’t actually seem to need to ask guys about “the suit.” Every actor that’s ever played Batman after Adam West has spontaneously whined about how long it takes to squeeze into their incarnation of the suit, how uncomfortable it is, and complain in great detail about how they have to get peeled out of it just to go to the bathroom.”

Another fan appreciated the fact that Stern was honest, and didn’t just agree with Johansson’s take on the matter.

The fan writes, “What I like about Howard is that he tells the truth. Scarlett maybe expected him to agree with her and say something like: “Yeah, the questions are Sєxist.” But he first makes it clear that the thought is normal, because it IS H๏τ. And she smiles, because she knows it too. That being said, one can also understand that the questions must become boring, so I agree with Scarlett that people should also come up more interesting stuff.”

Scarlett Johansson was clearly fed up of a disturbing rumor that followed her for years, linking the actress to Benicio del Toro.
As it turns out, Ghost in the Shell proved to be a very complicated project for Johansson, who was constantly making headlines for her appearance in the film.

Scarlett Johansson Received Backlash Over Her Look In Ghost In The Shell

Scarlett Johansson opened up about her experience during Ghost in the Shell. There was lots of backlash coming out of the film. One of them was that an attempt was made to make Johansson look Asian in the film.

“Diversity is important in Hollywood, and I would never want to feel like I was playing a character that was offensive,” she said.

“Also, having a franchise with a female protagonist driving it is such a rare opportunity. Certainly, I feel the enormous pressure of that — the weight of such a big property on my shoulders.”

Producer of the film, Steven Paul, added, “I don’t think it was just a Japanese story. ‘Ghost in the Shell’ was a very international story, and it wasn’t just focused on Japanese; it was supposed to be an entire world,” he said, continuing, “That’s why I say the international approach is, I think, the right approach to it.”

Without a doubt, Johansson got a few questions related to the film she wasn’t expecting.
